  Was told Sephora has a 30 day return policy on their products if you are unsatisfied. Switched it up and tried a new product which didn’t work for me at all. Took it back after using the product twice, and was told by the cashier that in her opinion it was “too used” to consider exchangeable. No other option given, I was hoping to just switch it back to my regular product that I buy almost monthly from them. Left the store very unimpressed and now left to finish using a very expensive product that does not do what it advertises. Very loyal Sephora customer, never great service in store unfortunately…

  Some of the female workers at the Sephora in the mall are so rude , I was about to buy something but changed my mind after the service I received and once I changed my mind she got sassy then just walked away… 2 workers specifically both dark hair & taller, one with arm tattoos and one a bit more heavy set, not shaming ( just didn’t get the names) really need to learn how to treat customers nicely & get better attitudes.. Do better Sephora.

  Always amazes me how sweet the employees are even when it’s hectic in there! I truly hate going in there but the employees make it such a smooth process:)

  My partner has a horrible experience here. She walks in and asks where a product is. She is not given an helpful answer by the blonde at the cashier. Instead she got a scolf from the blonde. The shelves were nearly empty on alot of products. The only good thing a nice women by the name of barb came to help her she was nice and helpful. Get better employees like barb.

  I absolutely love shopping at Sephora (Kelowna), especially because of a beauty assistant named Vanessa (I hope, I spelled it right). I trust her completely—my wallet, my skin, and I always follow her advice. She’s an amazing person who really sees what each individual needs, listens to them, and recommends exactly what suits them. She understands people’s budgets and never just pushes products; she wants you to enjoy, be happy, and have a great experience. It’s rare to find someone like her. She’s always focused, never gets distracted by other customers, and when she’s with you, you have her full attention. Whenever I go to Sephora and see Vanessa there, I’m thrilled to do my shopping.She’s honestly the best sales representative I’ve ever met in my life.
