- YSYuliia ShkarlatNov 3, 20251.0I disappointed at this store more and more. Yesterday, I went at Sephora, located on 2271 Harvey Ave at Kelowna, and it was the worst experience among the all store. It wasn’t too busy, but on the entrance consultants hadn’t offered me the basket, despite they did it to the next person after me. But it’s okay. What’s not okay was on checkout where cashier didn’t offer me a bag and just gave everything including the receipt just in my hands. There were two large hair products plus receipt that were not convenient to carry in hands through the all plaza. Also, I planned to go to some other stores, but I lost my good mood to shopping. And again, there were lots of people going with Sephora bags, so I felt disappointed in the service at this store.

It is past 30 days although I explained I had been out of the country, it was 34 days. Extremely disappointed, buyer beware . It was the Ilia mascara. Worst customer service ever. Thanks for your feedback Sephora team, you didn’t read my review? I was out of the country therefore I could not return because it was over the 30 days. I was looking for an exchange not a refund.
- MDMads DOct 22, 20251.0I have never been in such a bad sephora location in my life. Besides it being incredibly small, the constant nagging by their staff is INSANE. I was in there just browsing for something to treat myself with after a hard day at work and I had the same lady come up to me 3 times within the span of under 10 minutes to ask if i needed help with anything. I kept telling her no i am good thanks though. The third time she asked she finally got the hint to leave me alone. But guess what, 2 minutes later, ANOTHER lady came up to me and asked me if i needed help, I again said NO i am good thanks. And afterwards, when a worker came up to me for the FIFTH time, I almost crashed out honestly, I had to leave and couldnt deal with them anymore. I dont think Ill ever go back, it was passed the point of harassment. Horrible shopping experience and I will stick with shopping online.
