I WILL NEVER go back to this location. No customer service! At first I had my name listed and have to wait 77 mins so I decided to have bite to eat and came back. Meanwhile, there Young mom and daughter just came in and they don't have appointment neither they're on the list waiting. This all long grey lady hairdresser got their name and pretended to put them on list but She immediately call the Mom. I was disappointed but I kept quiet then the other lady called the daughter. Where is the first come first serve in this salon? Then, this grey long hair lady called me at last I said to myself. Then to add more inhry that they don't observe the customer service she commented on my hair” Did you just dived in with the paint? As I have two colors of my hair! Where are you getting your employees? Customer Service being polite and respectful to customer is a must in your business! For that reason, even your price is cheap compared to other salon! I will never patronize HAIR clip because this kind of behavior of your employees! Please screen your employees before hiring them as you will lose business.

One point i thing never wants to come again. I paid 25$ and for mw ita wastes of. Money. She was so so rude with my son ans even did not gave a good cut....... I don't want to suggest anyone to get a cut from her. She did not know how to do customer service... Even she told. I donot have kids like you.

He was told it would be 20 minutes until his appointment. After 20 minutes he was told they could no longer take him. This is beyond unacceptable, and to make matters worse he told me that the lady at the front desk was very curt, bordering on rude when he first came in. If i could give a lower grade i would. There's too many other options out there. Avoid this business.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
