  idk what was going on today but damn lol horrible customer service at every point. then it seemed like they were following/chasing me out of store after i already paid for my $70+ foundation and i had a receipt and bag… and even then no one said goodbye or have a good day, just chasing behind me while whispering on the mic? sorry i wore sweatpants, i guess? even though that’s all stores sell now so it’s not a good thief indicator anymore at all guys…

  I booked a makeup service with Karley. She was so friendly and professional. My makeup looked beautiful and perfect, exactly what I asked for. Karley was very talented and was a great representative of Sephora, giving me lots of guidance and explaining each product used. She was meticulous in sanitizing each product before putting it on my skin. I will book with Karley for every special event now.

  Spend over $200 in hair products. I wasn't happy with the employee chit chatting and not greeting customers didn't make us feel welcome. Please do better training and hire well trained customers service representatives

  I have to commend the wonderful staff at the Kamloops Sephora store. Each and every time I'm there, they have always been so helpful!!! Yesterday challenged us all. I had a problem with a GC i was gifted for Christmas when I tried using it. I had a horrible experience with the rep at the GC Helpline but the staff in store were so wonderful and helpful. I was able to reach a customer service rep who also works for Sephora that was able to resolve the issue quickly and effectively. I just cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazingly helpful staff of Sephora. Now the CR rep of the GC organization was terrible and accusing everyone of fraud from my husband who purchased the GC with cash to his bank??? To saying someone in the store fraudulently used the card the day it was purchased...none of this happened..in the end it was discovered to be a system glitch. Thank you so much Sephora! You've got my loyalty
