- AKAlla KJan 27, 20261.0I came in this morning and was greeted by one of staff members. After explaining what I was hoping my son can get done, a call came in. The staff member took the call, and literally ran away to the back, what appeared to be, a staff room. Then another woman came up to help, I had to explain everything all over again. That was very unprofessional and caught me off guard. To top it, the second woman’s English wasn’t that great, and I am not sure if she understood what I was asking for my son to get done. All I asked for, was to make my son’s hair a bit thinner and textured. The woman spent maybe 5 minutes, and I literally couldn’t tell what she did. I asked and explained again, what I was hoping she can do, my son’s hair is very thick and needed to be thinned out, textured, just made to look neater and cleaner. And this was the outcome. I couldn’t tell how bad it was, as it was wet when we left. This is what it looks like dry. Horrible. You call this texture? I call it “lack of barber skills“. I feel that I should be given a refund. I could have probably done a better job myself, and I am not a barber. Such a bummer. We’ve been here before and it was never this bad. Not sure what happened but it’s beyond disappointing. Not to mention your AM trainee has no idea how to professionally deal with customers, and not just run off like that to take a call. Waste of time and money.

- RPRory PeersDec 5, 20251.0I will not be returning to this location. As I have had not one but twice that I have walked out after getting my hair cut that once I got home notice that my Hair was uneven and only in the Crown area. The Stylist liked to talk alot and often stopped. Unprofessional.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
