    I had a really good experience with Shabnam Piraee when she was at Safoura in Coquitlam. She was always super helpful and supportive, and she recommended great products that actually worked. I really appreciated her honesty. Highly recommend!

    I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Shabnam Piraee. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. She took the time to explain products clearly, shared current promotions I wouldn’t have known about, and helped me put together a beautiful, well-matched look. What stood out most was how patient and attentive she was—she really listened and made sure everything suited my preferences. I left feeling confident in my choices and very happy with the overall experience. Thank you, Shabnam, for making my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    I had a beyond frustrating experience at the Coquitlam store yesterday regarding a Rouge member account. Although the first staff member | spoke with was helpful and acknowledged a technical issue with the 20% discount not being applied, the situation escalated when the manager, Meme, intervened. Instead of assisting, Meme was incredibly aggressive. She insisted the account was not Rouge and even falsely claimed that a return/re-purchase would "downgrade" the account tier to VIB. This was completely inaccurate information, the account status is clearly displayed as Rouge valid until Dec 31, 2027 on the Sephora app, and the 20% discount worked perfectly fine online. Instead of resolving the system discrepancy or offering a professional explanation, Meme was dismissive and told me to "go to another store" for the purchase if the app still showed Rouge status after 24 hours. I followed her "advice" and went to the Richmond location the next day. The experience there was night and day—the staff confirmed the Rouge status immediately, and the 20% discount was applied without any issues. The Richmond staff even noted that the error yesterday was likely due to the initial cashier failing to enter the proper promotion codes during checkout. This confirms that Meme’s assumptions were entirely wrong and her refusal to acknowledge a system error was unprofessional. If you want to be treated with respect and get accurate information, avoid this location.

    I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Shabnam! She is incredibly knowledgeable about both skincare and makeup, and she always knows exactly what to recommend based on your needs. Every time I’ve asked for advice, her suggestions have been spot-on and truly made a difference for me. She takes the time to listen, explain products, and make sure you feel confident in what you’re buying. Unfortunately, she is no longer at the Coquitlam location, but I just wanted to share my appreciation for the amazing experience I had while she was there. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and well-informed. Highly recommend asking for Shabnam if you ever visit Sephora Fairview Toronto.

    LPO was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. I was accused of stealing when all I did was put my phone in my bag. I would leave zero stars if I could. He couldn’t even come out and apologize to me. HIS NAME IS SUMEET. This is not a safe store for women to shop at. LPO needs more education on criminology and how shoplifting happens. The women on staff were very caring and should not have had to apologize for an uneducated man’s behaviour.
