  I want to share my amazing experience with Shabnam Piraee. She is incredibly patient, kind, and detail-oriented. When she used to work at the Coquitlam Sephora location, she always greeted customers with a warm smile and took her time to make sure they found exactly what they were looking for. What’s even more impressive is that now that she’s moved to Toronto, she still answers all my product questions with so much patience and care. Shabnam truly goes above and beyond, and her presence is definitely missed at the Coquitlam store.

  Romina is honestly the sweetest. I went in needing help with skincare and she took her time explaining everything to me. She recommended products that actually made sense for my skin and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. She helped me so much and made the whole experience super comfortable. I really appreciate her and definitely recommend seeing her!

  It was my Girlfriends Birthday and we were out celebrating( shopping and eating)We went to Sephora and we had the pleasure of getting Kesia to help us match foundations and figure out the best foundation for our maturing skin. She was so knowledgeable and really spent a good amount of time with us choosing the right colours and the best formulas for each of our skin type. Later on we were walking the mall and we ran into her as we were looking for a place to have a dessert. She recommended we re go to the Cactus Club. So we had a fun time at Sephora and a great time and food at the Cactus Club. I would highly recommend Kesia for all your make up needs ❤️❤️

  Subject: Disappointing Experience at Coquitlam Location – October 15 I visited the Coquitlam location on October 15 to purchase a few items I had confirmed were in stock online. I’vealways had great experiences with helpful and attentive staff at this store, today was unfortunately quite frustrating. I was unable to locate one of the items on the shelf and tried to get assistance, but found several staff members engaged in conversations with each other. When I approached a group to ask for help, I was told by one associate that she only worked in fragrance and to ask someone else. The second person I asked also said she couldn’t help because the item was in the makeup section. She did try to find someone else, who briefly looked through shelves and drawers before telling me the item wasn't in stock—without really making much effort. At that point, I gave up on the item and just purchased the one I managed to find myself. Even at checkout, I was passed over by two different cashiers who chose to assist other customers who hadn’t been waiting in line. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I usually enjoy shopping at this location, but today the lack of engagement from the staff made it very unpleasant.
