  Went in late Saturday and needed some products (after watching the ordinary doc), as I was leaving I had a rep ask if I needed help and I was lucky enough to get 'Jordy' who was very knowledgeable on the products.. did a great job explaining the products that would be great for me AND why. He even went the extra mile to give directions (even though they're on the box), sample each one, & help me remember the order by writing them out.. which is what we need more of. I will definitely be a return customer ~ not just for my products but for gifts as well! Thank you Jordy @ Sephora Chilliwack 😁👌

  Tristan was AMAZING!! She is definitely an asset to the company. She taught me about the right products and how to apply them on my skin. As a gen-x who stopped wearing makeup because it never looked right, I am now much more comfortable with the process. I can't wait to put everything she taught me into practice. She didn't make me feel silly or out of touch. She was patient and answered all my questions. Every product she chose for me was perfect!

  Had a great experience at this Sephora location. They had everything I was looking for, and the staff was super welcoming and helpful, Tristan and Sarah in particular were amazing!
