My two boys and their mother went in today to get our boys hair cut and was treated horribly. It was an older Nigerian woman cutting our toddlers hair and she had told the mother of my children that she should not be letting him get his haircut so young, even though she had explained multiple times he was used to it. She continued to say that it was wrong and to get a skin fade done on someone so little. She bickered back and forth with her for a good 5 minutes or so as she was finishing the haircut, and completely belittled the mother of my children and how she was raising them. She tried talking to another worker and was told "to respect her" because she is Nigerian. If you don't know how to cut a toddlers hair then maybe you shouldn't be working there. She did not ask to be criticized for her parenting today on something that does not matter. Our children have always been great with haircuts and sit well. The way she made her feel today was unnecessary and uncalled for. Our son has been getting his haircut at other places and has always done well, this is no excuse for the way they were treated. We will not be taking our business there anymore and will be sure to let everyone else know as well.

The haircuts were perfect, and they made the whole visit enjoyable with their friendly and professional attitude. These two are hardworking, talented, and definitely deserve 5 stars. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
