  You know them thoughts about a million monkeys typing Shakespeare? Well that's like this place for smells. They done mixed up every herb, flower and cream in tarnation in hopes that my daughter might feel right pretty. Griff says they been trying real hard to improve their per unit margin and liquidity e'er since they gone got acquired by Louis Vuitton.

  I want to give a big shout-out to the manager at Sephora. she was both professional and incredibly kind. I had bought a perfume a little over a month ago and it's gave me headaches every time I use it, but due to my busy schedule, I lost track of time. By the time I tried to return it, it had been about a month and a couple of days past. The cashier initially told me that returns weren’t possible at that point and i have no other options . But the manager stepped in and politely explained that, while a refund wasn’t possible, she could offer me store credit. Thanks to her, I was able to exchange it, and I left truly grateful.that's what I call a great customer service.

  Recently was helped by a beauty advisor called Sarrah I believe. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the different products I was buying, did a perfect shade match just in one go !! and also recommended me according to whats popular and good!

  I recently visited Sephora and had a highly positive experience, thanks in large part to the product knowledge and assistance provided by Sakshi. She willingly offered samples and suggested a new mascara, which I am thoroughly enjoying.
