- FFFarnaz FarzinMar 31, 20261.0I never really go to this location (usually go to Brentwood) but since I was in rush to return a perfume I didn’t like and get a new one, I visited Metrotown cause it was closer to my workplace, I went there after a long shift with my tote bag which was filled with work clothes and gym stuff, I was followed all the time I was exploring getting very rude looks, staff asking me if I’m STILL good or if I need a basket (very aggressive and not nice) when I chose my perfume, the advisor didn’t even hand me the box, she just directed me to the solo checkout thing when I told her I wasn’t done shopping she said she just gonna keep it at the register, I didn’t mind but even after that when I was going around just trying to shop I got followed all along getting looks, I’m a Rouge member spending so much money at Sephora on monthly basis and I get treated like a thief only because I’m going there after work and I have to carry a tote bag. I was confused cause genuinely was minding my own business and was trying to check new things out and I was so nice with the staff all along. I cried after my visit and felt very insecure, this was my worst customer experience ever…

- IIIremMar 26, 20262.0During my recent in-store purchase (the amount was between $400-450), the transaction had some payment issues with my card even though I had limit (it was approved after splitting but took time –which was frustrating), and unfortunately I was not offered any free samples at checkout. For such a significant amount spent, I expected at least 1-2 samples as is common in other visits. It would improve the experience if associates proactively offered samples with larger purchases or reminded customers they can request them.
