  Felt somewhat rushed in trying to buy a foundation. All enthusiasm and customer service was gone when she knew, she couldn’t make a sale.

  I had been to multiple Mac locations trying to get help on a color match for a limited edition lippy I have and can’t replace. Deanna was the first person to get anywhere close to a match. She was awesome and gave me tips on how to use a lipliner and chapstick to get it the last step toward the color and texture of the original lippy. A+ customer service and a great eye for color.
