I explained to her "I checked the item online and it said the product is in stock here at brentwood" but she seemed like she didn't understand what I'm talking about. She told me "maybe they have it in metrotown" and then walked away. I asked another staff and found what I need. I have to leave a review to hope the store train their staff properly.
