  I came into this Brentwood Sephora looking for something specific related to skin makeup, but I wasn’t very familiar with the products and felt a bit unsure. That’s when Carolina stepped in. She was amazing! She took the time to understand what I needed, explained everything in a very simple and clear way, and made the whole process feel easy. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Thanks to her guidance, I found exactly what I was looking for and felt confident about my choice. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, definitely try to find 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚. She’s wonderful! ✨

  I had a great experience at the Sephora Brentwood location thanks to Carolina. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. She took the time to understand my needs and provided very helpful and informative recommendations. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and wants to make sure they find the right products. Excellent customer service!

  Called the brentwood store to inquire about a perfume I wanted info about before driving down she said she was too busy to answer questions over the phone I will find another store to buy perfume

  I placed an online order for pickup at the Brentwood Sephora. When I went to collect my items I didn’t double check that all my purchases were in the bag as I assumed all my items were in the bag and was in a rush to get to dinner with my family at Tap and Barrel, less than a minute away. Once in the restaurant my son wanted to play with my Sephora purchases so I let him pull everything out and noticed I was missing a shampoo. After dinner I went back to Sephora to let them know I didn’t get the shampoo I paid for. The woman who I spoke to made comments like “that’s so weird this never happens” and “are you sure this was today?” and “this is the first time for something like this” and “I didn’t see you earlier”. All unnecessary comments. I’ll make sure to get my items from somewhere else so I never have to deal with management from Sephora Brentwood. Don’t go here unless you want to have your time wasted and to be questioned as if you were trying to scam the store because of their mistake.

  I can't speak for the other staff at this location as I had some negative experiences in the recent past, but Samiha is very amazing, talented, and highly capable at what she does. I was looking for a similar shade of a limited edition lipstick from Lancome and Samiha was able to find me the exact same shade - Mac See Sheer 520 - in less than 1 minute!!! Samiha is the reason why it is worth going to Sephora Brentwood!!!
