    Every time I come to this store, I ask for help, but no one assists me. I end up waiting for a long time even though the store isn’t busy at all. This has happened multiple times, and I’m really disappointed with the customer service.

    I asked multiple people for help today but was ignored each time. Eventually, I was told someone would assist me, so I waited, but no one came. When I finally approached a lady for help, she seemed very annoyed. This was definitely not the level of service I expected.

    girl with terrible attitude working here telling me to clean up before i was even done. unacceptable tone with customer. all i did was place a sample down to test a new one and she snapped at me telling me to clean it up??

    I was here with my daughter on 17th December 2025 between the hours of probably 5ish pm till later. The Asian girl at the till with HORRENDOUS eyelashes and about 2lbs of make up to cover whatever was proteuding underneath the layers. Would not care if she was professional but she has the worst customer service for someone who has to deal with customers. I saw this and kept auiet thrn my daughter pounted it out so put her in the back I could say more but if I have another experience like this I will embarrass her in front of the while store. The other lady who was working with her was very polite the shorter Caucasian one. She was jolly and enthusiastic.
