  I had been to multiple Mac locations trying to get help on a color match for a limited edition lippy I have and can’t replace. Deanna was the first person to get anywhere close to a match. She was awesome and gave me tips on how to use a lipliner and chapstick to get it the last step toward the color and texture of the original lippy. A+ customer service and a great eye for color.

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at MAC Cosmetics. Deanna, Nicole, Chiree, Liz, and Nicola spent so many days patiently teaching me about products, application, and finding a makeup style that truly feels like me. Their knowledge, creativity, and genuine care made every visit feel supportive, empowering, and fun. I never once felt rushed—only encouraged and celebrated as I learned. And to Aaron, thank you for the constant smiles and laughter that made the experience even brighter. Those moments of joy meant more than you know. This team goes far beyond makeup—they create confidence, connection, and a space where you feel completely welcome and accepted. I’m deeply grateful to all of you and would recommend this MAC location to anyone looking not just for amazing products, but for an unforgettable, uplifting experience. 💕

  I had the pleasure of meeting Natalia and Aaron, and to begin style was on point and it’s been a very long time since I got that MAC feeling, being excited going in,maybe I was already in a good mood as well as a core memory of when I was a teenager and getting my first gloss and Pro MUA trying looks on me came to mind at that very location and helping me pick a look for my grad! They were kind and very knowledgeable with alot of experience and I will be seeing them again trying out some looks! New line dropped ❤️ loving the powder kiss line and the new mascaras, my fave being denim as I lovee blues!✨it can feel intimidating going in if you don’t know too much about the products but the good thing is you can get a demo n try things out, nothing scary about it! I felt good leaving too :) good energy

  Just had a horrible experience here. The manager was the only person who gave good customer service after an oil based makeup remover they had for customer use on the floor splattered on my $1,400 jacket when I had the pump carefully pointed away from me into a tissue. We attempted to resolve it nicely, pointing out the issue that the pump splattered backwards and in all directions no matter how the bottle was held and asking about dealing with the stain and got dismissive to outright rude treatment, and insulting comments about it being my fault, when I was extremely careful and they shouldn't have a product out like that for customer use if user error is that easy. When it was escalated to the manager, he was lovely and helpful, but otherwise unacceptably rude treatment from the two other women we dealt with.
