When I brought up my concerns about artificial dyes and sensitive skin, she showed products that would be beneficial for those who have sensitive skin. She was so patient and knowledgeable. Lush lucked out in having a star like Riki on their team.

The staff were absolutely wonderful — so patient, kind, and engaging with all six of the girls. They made everyone feel special and kept the energy fun and creative the whole time. A couple of the kids have sensitive skin and the staff were so accommodating and patient to provide me other alternative options. The staff were also very nice and generous to give an extra goody bag for the kid who couldn’t join us. The activities were perfectly suited for their age — hands-on, colorful, and full of laughter. Thank you to the team for making the day so memorable and for going above and beyond to create such a joyful, sensory, and sweet-smelling celebration! Highly recommend hosting a birthday party here — it was truly fantastic from start to finish. 💕🎉🛁

Went to get a mask out of the fridge to look at the new mask ingredients, this man steps in front of the fridge blocking it while I’m crouching down trying to get into it, goes “what do you want?” So I say “I’m not sure yet”. He says “mmm okay” and proceeds to keep standing there literally an inch away from me, not letting me look at anything. I don’t know what this is and why he is allowed to act like this when I have given him zero reason to come harass me.

You can get the products in all different sizes for all different budgets , colorful, lots of smells. If you are sensitive to scents this is not the place for you.
