  I started buying when I had my very first visit way back 2022 because their Manager named Glenn was very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable employee. I came there just to browse about the brand. Glenn talked to me right away and gave a warm welcome. He started asking me what brought me in and said I was just browsing and he introduced the brand by sharing facts about them. He shared to me about their services and said it is FREE. He did my scalp analysis and recommended products that works best in my case. I told him it wasn't in my budget and he ended up giving me samples of the product. And because how knowledgeable he is, I ended up returning to the store to purchase big sizes of his recommendations. He even reminded me about their facial services that it was sooooooo relaxing. Glenn has a magic hand and I fell asleep. (That's how great he is) After 1 month, I've seen results and keep coming back. However, on my most recent visit, I was saddened that Glenn is no longer working the company. I walked in the store and the girl was very busy on her phone and sitting behind the cash register. Not too sure if this is new (but before, all of them are on the salesfloor and ready to welcome their guests) I was disappointed about my experience not even being acknowledged by them. I ended up buying online to repurchase Glenn's recommendation. Never coming back. They should hire someone like Glenn.

  I have booked a birthday party session in the store. I saw a small pile of mini products on the table with a travel size hairbrush. I asked the sales person if the products on the table are the freebies for the birthday party and she said yes. Before the party I also called and asked if the party includes hair scalp, facial and hand massage. The one who answered the phone said that because my party was on the day of Black Friday sales and there won’t be enough staffs to do both hair and facial. So I requested to change the date to the week after, and they confirmed that me and my friends could do hair and facial that day. However, the day we went to the store for the party there was only one staff in the store. I have booked the event two weeks ago and they seemed unprepared at all. The staff said that her colleague went for lunch break she can only do hair assessment and hand massage. I replied to her that last week your colleague had confirmed that we could to all the treatments and her answer was: I don’t know which colleague said that and we need at least wait for her colleague to come back to do the facial. When her colleague came back from lunch my friends still ended doing only the hair scalp assessment no hand massage and no facial. I, myself, ended up doing nothing! I came for the facial I already done the hair scalp assessment last month. It was a waste of time!!!! I came all the way from Vancouver to metropolis for nothing!!! Worst experience ever! Also, we only got one small sample in the end and no hairbrush. They said that we each of us had to purchase over 50d dollars to get the travel size hair brush. I just bought a bunch of their stuff on Black Friday and was hoping to enjoy the party. They should’ve made it clear in the first place. So they were just tricking us to go to their store and buying products. I am never shopping at this store again!!

  I had the custom facial the other day. 2 minutes in the girl went for a break. Guy left me lying there to tend to customers. This wasn't very professional. They need to work the products into the skin more. Products too expensive.

  Came by here to ask some questions, I met Leanne she’s very friendly and knowledgeable she helped me and my wife on how to take care of our hair, she was very thorough and explained well. She has that good personality and know what she’s talking about.
