Not the pleasant experience we had. We stopped by the store at around 3pm today, the lady working there greeted us and asked us if we needed any help. We asked her if the store carried a certain hair product she said that they didn’t have it. Okay that’s totally fine and understandable. But then, her tone changed on us from friendly to assertive. By her tone, it sounded like she was either the manager or the owner of the store. She asked us questions such as if we knew what Sally’s Beauty is and how to colour our hair when she was looking at me and I was standing in front of her with half-dyed hair. She was looking us up and down and talking to us as if we came from another planet. I felt uncomfortable, thanked her and took my family member from there and left after she finished talking to us. She acted as if we offended her coming into her store and asking for help. We didn’t feel welcomed at all. Never going back there again.

Awesome service. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They let you know the best deals and give a full explanation about the products. The history of previous purchases is in their system. One of the ladies walked me to my car as I had several items to carry and I am using a cane. Thank you K at Aveda for going above and beyond.

I would say the staff is knowledge... or they BS their way to a sale. For a guy with dry hair I'm looking for a simple solution, they sold me a product that I can't return or exchange. Thanks for stealing 200$. I would warn anyone to not shop there, they are there just to meet their own selfish quotas. Worst I was more than happy to pay 200$ if they were going to tell me the truth about was the correct product for me to use. Very dishonest people.
