- JKJasnoor KaurNov 14, 20251.0Extremely Unprofessional and Discriminatory Behaviour by Staff Member I am writing this review because of a very disturbing experience I had at this store. Yesterday, I visited to purchase the Tatcha Dewy Skin and Plump Lips set. I was told it was out of stock and would be available the next day. I returned today as instructed. When I asked the lady at the till for the product, she immediately told me it was not available. I explained that I was here yesterday and was told to come back, and I even showed her the Sephora app showing the item IN STOCK at this location. Instead of helping, she responded in an extremely rude and dismissive manner, refusing to even check. Another employee, Kali, then stepped in, checked on her device, and confirmed that the item was in stock in the back. She brought it out for me right away without any issue. I genuinely appreciate Kali’s professionalism and willingness to help. What concerns me the most is that this is not the first time I have experienced disrespectful behaviour from the same lady at the till. There have been 1–2 past incidents where her behaviour towards me felt discriminatory, but I chose to ignore it. Today, her refusal to help—despite the product clearly being available—crossed a line. Her conduct felt targeted, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I want to emphasize that the rest of the staff at this store are always kind, helpful, and professional. This issue is specifically with this one employee whose behaviour repeatedly makes customers feel unwelcome. If you need the receipt or any other proof of purchase, kindly let me know—I will be happy to provide it. I strongly urge management to address this matter seriously. No customer should ever be treated this way.
