Is the one who did the cut! Horrible hack job! I should have read the reviews about her before wasting my hard earned money at this location. More than enough complaints about her with the same ongoing issues. She argues with you and can’t admit she can’t cut hair even! It’s mind blowing that the “Manager” has zero management skills and doesn’t know how to listen to the customer or how to cut hair. I would never recommend this place to anyone again! I would have given a minus star review if I had the option.
