It was decently layered, but MUCH shorter than we discussed and agreed upon. I had a decent amount of length to work with and provided both pictures and verbal descriptions of what o wanted. "So just like an inch or two?" turned into like four or five. Not necessarily devastated but my stylist was unable to meet my expectations..
