- VVVoluptuous VeganApr 4, 20261.0Ohhhhhh Sephora … Where do I even begin? Sephora itself is a go- to staple & has been for me for years . The bulk of my Sephora hauls are online and mainly because the in - store service option here in town is absolute crap! Occasionally when something is out of stock on line or I need a product in hand , I have to make the dreaded trip to the mall Sephora . It’s painful EVERY-TIME . I could probably write a review for every single bad experience at this location but I’ll save you the long stories . Do yourself a favor - avoid in store as much as possible . I’m not sure what’s in the air at this location but it’s been consistent with terrible service for years . I’ll be back … unfortunately.
- DDDHFeb 20, 20261.0What's up with this Sephora and why are all the employees SOOOO RUDE. I have never seen anything like it and I have lived in 7 states. Why is it only this location? There is not stock on the shelves and no one can be arsed to help you find anything. Instead they just watch you and walk off when you walk toward them with questions. Seriously Sephora corporate, there are enough bad reviews on here for you guys to at least address the attitude problems and lack of customer service. The Sephora shoppers shouldn't have to spend MORE time out of our day to CALL you or EMAIL you when you could just see how low the ratings on here are and listen to the customer feedback.

I’ve been trying to shop at this Sephora because it’s close to my house but it’s been bad and getting worse for like a year.
