- CPCynthia Pompa2 days ago1.0My 11 year old daughter went for a haircut with a higher expert hair dresser, dad was the adult who took her. Sandra is not child friendly, she was unwelcoming, there was no conversation on haircut or style, or trimming off the damaged hair. I feel she took advantage of the situation. My daughter mentioned she tried making eye contact and smile and she would immediately look away. Her hair was dripping wet when she walked out of JCPennys. I would not recommend her to other parents and their children's hair.
- ACAron CAug 1, 20231.0Took my daughter for a haircut today after booking an appointment. Terrible mistake. The hairdresser Sandra said about 5 phrases the whole appointment. Hello. Follow me. How do you want your hair. I'll meet you up front. Horrible experience for my 9 year old. Other stylist were having conversations with the kids, and at least smiled. If this stylist was having a bad day she should've canceled out appointment or passed us on to another stylist who could give us an at least decent experience. She also sent my daughter out with soaking wet hair, said nothing at end of the haircut other than meet you up front. ( which she never even went to the front) If you book an appointment here I would not recommend Sandra A.

Instead of acknowledging that she did not know how to do NORMAL layers, she chopped, damaged and cut her hair in the worse cut I have seen. This is unacceptable. The audacity to cut her hair and think it looked the same is beyond me.
