The rooms are tiny tiny and the walls are thin so that I could hear the workers at Little Caesars next door. I was probably most put off by the papers towels (!) that they had put on the face pillows. My face was stuck to them after a few minutes and I just kept thinking about the toxic chemicals they use in paper towel manufacturing getting in my lungs and on my face. To the owners: please invest in some proper medical-grade disposable face cradle covers if you don't want to use regular towels for whatever reasons.
