  Not a good store. Most stuff is expired and the personnel is rude. I gave them three chances and every time I’ve gone is just bad vibes and rude service, noting that one of those time I went to try a foundation and it was CLEARLY expired. They also push the kohls credit card on you so much (I get that’s part of their job) but one of the employees just harassed me to get the kohls cc and emails when I said I wasn’t interested… just go to the one by the mall.

  When I visit the lovely Sephora locations at Tucson Mall and Park Place Mall, it's always vibrant and buzzing with happy shoppers and pleasant employees who are product knowledgeable and helpful. Not so much here. Do yourself a favor, and enjoy your "me time" at different Sephora location. @StankFace: Trying to bait me into a back and forth pissing war shows a deep level of pettiness. You should absolutely know better as a manager smh Glad to return my purchase and drop those sales numbers back to where they belong! I'll stick to the other locations with the pretty girls who are nice and take good care of you and give you a fun experience. I'll NEVER shop at this location again.

  They didn’t have what I was looking for, and this happened to be the second Sephora location I went to in search of it (Ilia 29N blurring foundation complexion stick). However, I do understand that they have a limited stock.

  poor customer service from the woman working the closing shift. i was looking for gift sets for men and she claimed all they had was a silver box. you couldn’t see what was inside the box and she was too busy gossiping with another employee to mention what exactly the gift set was. i figured id quickly look around while i was already there and she followed me around the store and decided to stand there and watch me as as i looked for bronzer. the shade i wanted was out of stock and another shade was missing from the display. even mentioning this to her she offered no help. usually an employee would check for availability at other locations as well as provide assistance with showing the product missing from the display by taking one from out of its box. she however did nothing except continue to stand there and watch. i had never been to this kohls before so my first time unfortunately ended up being an uncomfortable experience due to her. i get that employees want to go home but you’re being paid to work till the end of your shift so it makes sense to do your job till the end of your shift. and i doubt staring at customers while being utterly useless is part of your training. the store was practically empty. do better.
