I had been having trouble finding my undertone and concealer shade(I wanted one that matched my skin tone and one that brightened). Cynthia helped me with both. She was terrific, knowledgeable, and so kind! I bought Haus Lab and Tower 28 concealer, Rare Beauty’s liquid blush in spirited, and o/s bronzer. I initially wanted to buy the Patrick Ta bronzer duo; however, I learned I have a neutral undertone that leans more cool (all these years, I thought I had a warm undertone), and the Patrick Ta bronzer was a little too warm for me. So she recommended the o/s bronzer palette. She also suggested the blush, which was purple, and I was kinda like, uh, idk about that! It ended up being so beautiful on my skin tone. Anyway, let me tell you.. I did my makeup, and my daughter told me my makeup looked flawless. I thought my makeup was flawless. I know makeup doesn’t make one beautiful, but it makes me lift my head a little higher and feel beautiful. I felt confident stepping out today. I wasn’t worried if I looked too orange lol. Cynthia, if you ever read this, THANK YOU!! Thank you for being so kind and for taking the time to listen to my wants and needs. I wish you nothing but the best!! The best money I’ve spent is in AZ and at Sephora. I’ll be back to spend more money there whenever I’m in town visiting my brother. I also got my eyebrows waxed, but I forgot the cosmetologist who did them. She had pink hair, and she was equally amazing as Cynthia. Thank you!!
- APAlfie PerezJul 15, 20251.0The manager and assistant manager of this store I believe the names to be Nia and Nubia are the rudest most disrespectful people and do not belong in customer service. My wife frequently shops in this store and they both treat her so disrespectful and rude every time. Giving her the most ugly looks every time they see her. Steffy and Andrea are the only 2 people who work in this store that give her any help and respect. The fact that these 2 are leaders for this company is beyond embarrassing and I regret spending as much here as we do at this location. Would not recommend.
