- DDDHFeb 20, 20261.0What's up with this Sephora and why are all the employees SOOOO RUDE. I have never seen anything like it and I have lived in 7 states. Why is it only this location? There is not stock on the shelves and no one can be arsed to help you find anything. Instead they just watch you and walk off when you walk toward them with questions. Seriously Sephora corporate, there are enough bad reviews on here for you guys to at least address the attitude problems and lack of customer service. The Sephora shoppers shouldn't have to spend MORE time out of our day to CALL you or EMAIL you when you could just see how low the ratings on here are and listen to the customer feedback.

The lady was rude and while waiting in the ten person line, other staff just waltz passed and didn't even offer to check people out with "mobile beauty." Also, what is going on with the lighting or the people in there. Why do they look like they are wearing Mac Force Fields in 2026? How am I supposed to take people seriously when they look like rodeo clowns?

I stopped in a few days ago and bought a foundation that I “thought” was a for me. I decided I didn’t like it and went back to try another. Shari was helping a customer my exact complexion and we (the other lady and I) ended up getting many of the same products. Shari was patient, answered both of our questions at the same time, gave us tips and tricks for application and ensured our satisfaction. We had a small make up party lol - I will now look for her every time I visit. She’s knowledgeable and kind and it was the 1st time, in a long time, I walked out of a store with a visible pep in my step and smile on my face. I hope you all keep her. It was the first time I felt THOROUGHLY assisted as a customer at this location! Look for Shari folks, she is the real deal. :)
