Nowhere online, is it mentioned that this store is for professionals only. Signage is provided at the physical location but for someone who doesn’t have a vehicle, you’d think mentioning who can and cannot purchase from this store would be mentioned somewhere online. On a side note, the man and woman working at this location were very cold. Waste of money on a disappointing trip.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
