I want to preface this with how awful of an experience I had in this store 4 years prior. It was so bad I left in tears, absolutely mortified and decided I would never come back thanks to the store manager at the time. Fast forward to tonight when I decided on a whim I deserved a bath bomb. That quickly turned into giving myself a $100 cap for myself and my son in the car on the way there. I was so excited to cruise around and explore all the new products and play with them with my son. Years ago I was a supervisor at the Boulder store and its still probably my favorite job I have ever had. As we were cruising around the store of course the staff were the typical friendly and high energy folks you always experience. When I explained that I used to work for lush and was just cruising, they continued to be nice but gave me space to just play...that part is not often found at a lush store lol. Usually I get pestered every couple of minutes when I just want to explore for an hour lol. They were kind, funny, helpful and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I quickly kept adding to my basket and tripled my budget, but I had so much fun and enjoyed every second of it. I cannot wait to come back. They still made me cry this time too, but it was happy tears. Zac and Danica originally started helping me out and we're happy to play 20 questions with me about different scents and products and where to find og products in gifts. When I was checking out Lilly and Olivia were so giving and sent us home with more than anyone should expect in samples and goodies. They are knowledgeable empathetic and kind and really set the bar for Lush as representatives for their company. Thanks so much to each of you. My son and I cannot wait to come back with our black pots to try out some new face masks. <3
