She said sure but she said better hurry cause we close up right at 8. I got There in 10 minutes I wore a hat all day so I had hat hair. Asked if I could just wet my hair in the sink So I can get a proper haircut with hathead the fade would not look right once I actually washed my hair. The lady was rude on the phone. The lady was rude once I got there. She was very bossy. When I asked she said no I’m cutting it like that I’m getting you in and out. I’m just curious are the owners OK with business getting turned away during store hours?. Crazy part because I knew I was gonna keep her 10 minutes late I brought a hundred dollar bill for cut and tip.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
