There was only 2 stylists in there at the time we went in. My husband asked before booking if they knew how to do a high fade on his him before he booked the appointment, the younger lady said it was easy to do. My husband is too polite to say if he is dissatisfied so he said nothing and even gave her a tip. The moment he saw his hair he instantly book a different appointment at an actual barber the same morning within minutes apart from leaving this place. I however asked for an aline bob even brought in a picture for reference. The older lady looked at the picture one time only and did her thing, she did a straight blunted bob cut. Now it's too short to even fix. In the picture she had side swept bangs this lady did nothing to them. Never going back. My husband tipped even tho we both were unhappy. If they don't know how to do specific styles they shouldn't say they can. Just for coins. Just get more educated more on those styles.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
