- JJJacquelineMar 25, 20263.0Clean store with low traffic during the weekday afternoon we visited. Frankly, the customer service was lacking. Multiple employees were busy either chatting or trying on makeup. One staffer assisted me and another person and seemed to be the only one putting in effort. There were multiple young male staffers just chatting around a computer for nearly the entire time ("what's your employee number? We should have similar employee ID numbers since we were hired together!" and on and on for a long time ) Later it seemed a manager-type person also joined them for a while just chatting and ignoring people. One staffer in the skin care area saw me looking around for help and immediately went back into her aisle 😆 Anyway, I'm thankful for the staffer who did help me get my samples. I'm sorry I couldn't remember her name.

I originally went in for just one item but she helped me out so well that I ended up getting even more stuff. She took her time helping me find my right shade and even helped me see the swatches in different lights. I have a Sephora closer to my home but I think I’ll drive a bit further out if I can have Lin help me again! Thankyou again!PS her makeup is fire!

No one spoke to me except for the employee who bumped my purse and excused themselves as they needed to fill a display next to me, and the employee who tried to offer me a sample of a perfume as I was leaving. With an environment like this, who would ever want to shop here and expect to feel good about themselves after?
