  Maddy was the best! Super nice and patient with my 11 year old daughter. Second time being pierced here and its great knowing a nurse who knows aseptic technique is doing the job. Prices are competitive with other studios but I trust a nurse more with my kids!

  I got my baby girls ears pierced at Rowan by Maddy. My baby is 7 months old so I was nervous about it but Maddy helped calm my nerves by doing such an amazing job. She was so so helpful and patient and made sure the placement was perfect! I want to come back to get my own ears pierced now, we had such a great experience ! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s hoping to get their little ones ears done

  I really have to shout Sam and the receptionist (I apologize I forget her name 4/4/26 @ 1:45pm Tempe market place location) answered all my questions. And made it a very calming environment for myself and my daughter. Highly recommend and appreciate the staff.

  Unfortunately, my experiences have varied at Rowan. Some of the nurses have been helpful and kind, and others have been pretentious and customer service has not been their priority. It is expensive, and they make you buy new jewelry each time. I have jewelry I have already purchased from them that I would like to use for additional piercings. They won’t allow it due to it not being sterilized. When asked if they could sterilize it with their equipment, that isn’t an option. Unfortunately, everything feels like a money grab.

  Sam was the best!! She pierced my nose and made me feel so comfortable and safe! She explained the process and aftercare to me so thoroughly, which made me feel very confident in the healing process. I cannot recommend her enough!!! The other women working were also so kind and willing to answer questions/help me out! I previously had my second piercings done at a different location and also had a great experience! If you want a comfortable, supportive, and good piercing experience you should definitely go here and see Sam if you can! :)
