  This review is not for the salon as a whole but for one hairstylist (if he can even call him self that) Kevin L. Green. This is my second time in the span of just a little under a year having my haircut done by him. The first time wasnt the best haircut but it was nothing to complain about. This time I went in with a specific request for long layers that fall below the clavicle line and curtain bangs. I knew the bangs might be a risk but I never expected they would look this awful. HE ABSOLUTELY PLAYED IN MY HAIR JUST CHOPPING AWAY HAPHAZARDLY!! My longest layer on my hair sits right on top of my shoulder and the bangs sit right above my eyelid! I have a very short face (narrow forehead) so I would expect a stylist to take face shape/length into account when cutting bangs. Instead they are so short I don't even know if I have a saving grace when I style my hair for my anniversary outing tonight! And to top it all off the entire haircut is lopsided and uneven including the bangs. If you get your hair done here and your option is to have Kevin do your cut request to wait for another stylist! Which is what I should have done! Instead I decided to give him another chance and I absolutely regret that decision! I wish I would have looked at the previous reviews because I am not the only one dissatisfied with his services.

  Lori the dark haired stylist put me on the waitlist which was 93 minutes I asked if I leave and come back while on the waitlist and she said yes it would be fine and not long after I left I received a text message saying that I would receive a text 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I come back an hour and twenty minutes later just to find out that Lori took me off the waitlist not long after I left and then she lied and said that I was gone for 3 hours when I really wasn’t. Horrible business horrible people.

  I went with my boyfriend to get his hair cut and donated to Locks of Love. Upon just walking in, we were met with an incredibly rude and impatient stylist who was almost insulting him based on his hair length. He very obviously knows his length and the previous steps he took to do the same thing. The lady was incredibly abrupt in questioning his knowledge of his own hair length, and when asked to measure it to make sure, she copped an attitude and told him to wait. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior straight out the gate, and not something that should even be happening since he’s paying for his own service. The only reason I gave a second star is because the other stylist swooped in, was extremely understanding and patient and honest, and took care of his needs (even providing additional advice for the best choice for him to make regarding his hair). If you can ask to be styled by the blonde stylist and not the dark brunette, please do that! Or just don’t come in and save yourself the hassle.
