From top-tier personal training to recovery and wellness services like massage, Neufit, cold plunge, red light therapy, and Normatec, it’s all thoughtfully integrated. Being able to train, recover, and take care of yourself in one place makes staying consistent so much easier.   Ty and his team are by far the best I’ve ever worked with. I worked with several contest prep coaches before, none have come close to the level of dedication and support as Tyin wellness. They truly welcome you to their family and make you feel like one of their own from day one, could not be happier.   Never experienced a more welcoming environment. As soon as I inquired about competition prep services, I was instantly invited to try out a class and introduced to many members of the team and other clientele. Ty and his trainers do an excellent job getting their clients equipped with workouts, nutrition and supplement advice, and other wellness services.   Get it tight, do it right! Ty is awesome at mixing up the workouts and keeping you progressing. He will start you out at your own pace and gradually work you up to where you are performing and seeing results. Best place hands done for getting that six pack that you've been telling your friends about for the last 7 years and never seeing it come true.
