Janet was kind and helpful but Tara’s got to go through some customer service training or put her in the back. I would consider forfeiting my Sephora credit card and point accounts due to the lack of service received. It’s probably better to just buy online from the brand itself. The manager was in a meeting in the back at 430pm on a Saturday and could help a customer asking for her. She’s in the wrong line of work. Also perhaps put some effort into your appearance at work you work at a beauty store. She’s some kind of supervisor and I’m not sure how that’s possible. It seemed that all the employees around her knew exactly who I was talking about when I described her attitude.
