  I bought a membership here, but have found it difficult to get appointments. The office closes early and the last appointment of the day is 5 pm, so it’s difficult to schedule when you work a 9-5 job. I have also tried walk in appointments but it seems like they close the office at random intervals. I arrived at 4:30 pm on Jan. 22 (it should be open until 6 pm) and no one was there and the doors were locked. No one answered the phone. Unless you have a very flexible schedule, the membership is not worth your money. Seems like the location is understaffed.

  Super aggressive on their marketing text messages, will send a promo message then an hour and a half later if you haven't responded, they follow up. I've even asked to stop with the messages and they still send them out.

  My visit to Prime IV was outstanding! The entire team was welcoming and professional, but Kelly truly stood out with her exceptional care and expertise. She took the time to explain everything, ensured I was comfortable, and personalized my IV therapy perfectly. The clinic was spotless and had a calming vibe. I left feeling recharged and revitalized. Huge thanks to Kelly and the Prime IV team—I’ll definitely be back!
