There was a good stylist there by the name of "shorty" but she is now gone. I had to have my hair cut again twice. I do love the app.

I showed her my inspiration picture and explained exactly what I wanted. Before I finished explaining, she started cutting my hair into a straight line, which I didn’t like. I always get a V-shape haircut, and she didn’t even look at my hair or ask me which shape I preferred. I made it clear I didn’t want it short, but she continued cutting it shorter, which I already disliked. She was aggressive, pulling and rough-combing my hair. She kept apologizing but persisted in her rough handling. When she finished, I didn’t like the result at all. She kept cutting the bottom, making it even shorter. I asked for my curtain bangs to be a specific length, but she gave me Dora bangs because she kept going back to cut more. I left with a badly cut hair and a headache.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
