  Such a negative experience. Chloe needs an attitude check. Managers need to read the reviews on their customer service and do an evaluation because it’s not okay to greet people with “what” for simply staring waiting to be asked if we were ready to check out. Scary!!!!

  Every worker here is rude. Never had one good interaction. Thought I'd give the store a second chance, not a single person acknowledges you in the store. One day I had picked out products near the register, the girls were doing their makeup in the mirror and eventually seen me and sighed and came up to the register. 2 of the items I picked out would not scan and they said "this product isn't available yet!!" Didn't offer me additional products or nothing similar to the two I chose. They just simply stated that I could not purchase that item although I picked it out of the retail area. This sephoras a joke, don't waste your time.

  Some great items, but pricy. I came looking for a specific perfume it says they sell, but this location is limited on suck items and does not carry it in store.

  Stopped in about two weeks ago and the Sephora brand shelves were empty of most items as well as popular brands. Wasted space. I’ll order online.
