Each time I have been there, two young girls giggling and having personal conversations about non-work related issues while up at the cash register and were NOT helpful whatsoever. I had a exchange and the process for which one of the girls (Gabriella A.) made me go thru was the most unprofessional experience I have seen. A young girl with long black hair was extremely rude, unprofessional and did not show any customer service or respect for the customer. I WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
