- IDIsabella DahmAug 26, 20251.0The worst Salon Centric I’ve ever shopped at. I placed an order online and my mom was the designated person to pickup. There was items missing from the order, so they said that they would refund the missing items in the invoice emailed to me. 2 items were missing from this order that I still got charged for, so I called and asked if they could either refund me the money or put them up front for pickup. They put them in the front for pickup, and graciously my mom came to retrieve them once again. They gave her the completely wrong size. No one should have to come in 3 times in order to get an online order correct. The items and sizes are listed blatantly for the employees to see.

The girl at the front gave me a number to call and they verified after a 20 minute hold my account was active. I went back to the store to tell the girl and then she looked up my name and saw they gave me the wrong account number. I was so irritated. Why didn't she do this to begin with. Then this morning I went to go pick up a order I had placed the previous day that I needed by 8:30 to get to my salon by 9am. They didn't have it ready. I even left a note about when I needed it. She told me I could get it myself ( there was a line in her defense). But I was so irritated I was trying to save time and I ended being 30 minutes behind all day because of this. She seemed nice once she has time to help so I'm not trying to down her, I just think the professionalism isn't really there

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
