    The worst Salon Centric I’ve ever shopped at. I placed an order online and my mom was the designated person to pickup. There was items missing from the order, so they said that they would refund the missing items in the invoice emailed to me. 2 items were missing from this order that I still got charged for, so I called and asked if they could either refund me the money or put them up front for pickup. They put them in the front for pickup, and graciously my mom came to retrieve them once again. They gave her the completely wrong size. No one should have to come in 3 times in order to get an online order correct. The items and sizes are listed blatantly for the employees to see.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
