I brought my grandma in for a haircut, and it was done extremely fast, you could tell the stylist was eager to move on to the next customer who had just walked in. The robe was taken off multiple times without asking if we wanted anything else done, just a sign to show us the stylist is done, even though we were clearly not satisfied and wanted more trimming. And she just kept on cutting with the robe halfway on, halfway off. After asking several times and still feeling rushed, we eventually felt embarrassed to keep insisting and just let it go. It was especially upsetting because my grandma was visiting, and I felt ashamed that her experience turned out this way. We chose this place because of the good reviews and the convenient location. I understand the pricing is on the lower side, but customers should still expect a normal, respectful experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place. Perhaps adjusting pricing or scheduling could help improve service quality.
