    "Great" Clips indeed! Convenient location, especially great deal with a coupon, and pleasant and talented stylists. About a year ago Rio did a fine trim for me but I forgot about writing it up. This time Hollie worked on my hair and this time I'm not forgetting to write a review since this location deserves some accolades! They also improved the front desk customer service from my last visit when I hadn't scheduled online and was almost chided about it. This time I had prescheduled but was still acknowledged warmly and told the approximate wait time was accurate so if I wanted to do some quick shopping at the nearby shops, I could. My stylist Hollie took the time to really listen to what I requested: multiple layers and bangs trimmed. The layers did not look choppy and the bangs did not have that "cut with a bowl over your head" look but feathery like I wanted and seldom got anywhere else. I did not feel rushed and she would regularly lift up parts of my hair to ask how much shorter I might want it to ensure I wouldn't suffer haircut regret. She also did not interrupt my time with personal phone calls or chit chatting with co-workers, but made me feel important and valued. Keep up the great work Sun City Bell Rd location!

    I’d give it a zero if I could. My son has autism. He is 5 almost 6. He has been here several times and two people have cut his hair with no problems. I’ve been getting his hair cut since he was 1 because I knew it could be an issue if I don’t expose him early. I went in today and an older Asian lady was the one supposed to do his hair. I just tried to explain he has autism so he might not respond when spoken too or understand her and if she needs me just let me know. She started complaining saying can he even do this she doesn’t know if she can cut his hair. I said he’s going to be slimy he just can’t do the edger because it’s too much. She started the haircut and he just shrugged as it tickled but if she would’ve kept going he’d be fine but she’s stop step back rolling her eyes and them cutting of the buzzer. She said she needed me to hold him because she can’t do it. So I went to hold him and she in front of us went to the other hairstylist whispering how she’s not able to do this etc etc obvious not happy with him. I almost left but he needed his haircut to go back to school. She comes back and anytime he’s shrug she’d roll her eyes and step back. She blamed him for how his hair messed up some. He understands a lot more than people think. She said that’s the best she could do and she didn’t bother putting a cape around me or putting his cape back in place and we had hair everywhere. I was so upset about this and the way we were treated. If great clips will not cut kids or people with autism it needs to say that so we know to avoid this place. Another lady that wasn’t there but usually does his hair is excellent and has never made us feel bad about being there.

    My stylist Holly is great. She had worked with me to navigate my first hair growth since chemo and some of the strange things happening with my hair. She always listens to what I want to do with hair and asks questions before cutting even during the cutting process. Holly is awesome, friendly, respectful, kind and professional. Thank you Holly!
