My rating for the rooms pertains to Enchantment the sister property, but the rest of the review is for Mii Amo. The Mii Amo front desk was the most disorganized thing I have ever seen. It took over one week to hear back from the team after I asked the concierge to help me book a group service and I had to call upwards of 6 times to get an answer or check in. The Mii Amo team booked multiple services under the wrong names, were incredibly unapologetic and wasted hours of our time trying to coordinate very simple tasks. After arriving at the resort I had an early morning check in for a service. I got there on time and the front desk person was on the phone, but didn't even acknowledge my presence or even smile or ask me to wait. He stayed on the phone and continued to ignore me. Not a great first impression. By the time he got off the phone it was passed the time of my appointment and showed no hurry to get me check in. I asked about scheduling a facial after hearing about the positive experience my friend had later that day and they told me they were fully booked but they could put me on the wait list. I went back to the desk to check in about the status a few hours later and they told me I was not on the waitlist at all. Then they told me I would be first on the waitlist for an 8:50pm service the next day. I got a confirmation text that it was booked and then when I went back the next day they told me they had nothing. I asked for the supervisor after that because at this point every person I spoke to had told me a different story. She said she would work on it and text me personally to confirm the appointment. I got nothing. My friend also wanted a facial and the same thing happened - told she was on the waitlist only to find out the next day there was nothing. Then we were told we both had appointments and when I went to check in the appointment was again not there, I found out later they booked it under the wrong name. They called me on my last day and told me I didn't show up for a service after I confirmed I was canceling it, but they didn't cancel everyone and were trying to tell me I would be charged for an appointment that should have been canceled. The Mii Amo staff for the spa was such a disappointment and I could not believe how unorganized and uncoordinated they were. It was absolute chaos and I would not recommend staying here based on that alone. If this was just any hotel I wouldn't be so upset but me and my party spent upwards of $18K for this stay with a 5 star spa experience and while the service providers/ estheticians were great the front desk made the whole experience stressful chaotic and absolutely not worthy of the price tag. This is what they are known for and they clearly lacked the communication and coordination to run a spa of this caliber. Extremely disappointed with the service here.

Wish we could’ve experienced a spa treatment at Mi Amo, but the only availability for hotel guests during our stay was 7am or 7pm. No in between. Also, you cannot access Mi Amo as an Enchantment guest unless you book a spa treatment.

Last night I dined at Hummingbird at Mii Amo, the sister property to Enchantment Resort, and had a truly lovely solo meal. The space is exceptionally well thought out—warm lighting, vaulted ceilings, fire pits, and a beautifully designed banquet setup for solo diners running through the center of the room. Every floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning reflection, revealing subtle architectural details you might not notice at first glance. The menu is compact yet thoughtful, with flexibility that accommodates dietary needs and portion-size adjustments. This allowed the women seated next to me to enjoy half portions of entrées rather than being limited to just one dish—an appreciated and somewhat rare touch. I typically dine with company and order freely, but dining alone encouraged a more mindful approach. After narrowing it down to two salads and two entrées, my server graciously helped guide my final choices. I started with the kale salad: finely chiffonaded kale, aged ricotta, black currants, and pine nuts. It was a beautifully light preparation that balanced richer ingredients perfectly—I loved it. For my entrée, I chose one of their signature dishes, the braised rabbit pappardelle. I don’t often eat meat, but I’m very glad I did on this occasion. The pasta had a wonderful chew and carried the sauce beautifully. The sauce itself was rich without being heavy or cloying, and the mushrooms paired with the pulled rabbit added layers of texture and flavor that really resonated with me. With just a touch of salt and fresh pepper (the salt and pepper set is gorgeous), I happily ate every last bite. Alongside my meal, I enjoyed a white blend from a vineyard located within 15 minutes of the resort. It paired perfectly with my selections and was delicious on its own as well. I would highly recommend dining here. Come relaxed—everyone else already is.
