- SHStevie HopeMay 6, 20251.0Had a genuinely horrible experience with LaDaunte. I came in today looking for a foundation and when I had asked him to help me shade match and I was completely ignored. I was standing at the register and he was off to the side and said “someone will be right with you”. I waited ten minutes, looking directly at him. When he finally did he had a nasty attitude. He was so judgmental and catty. Shame on him and shame on management for not doing anything about this behavior. Is this how you let your employees treat your guests? I don’t want to come back here ever. And btw, when I was in there, I saw him slipping an eyeliner into his pocket. I guess Sephora doesn’t have much of a theft policy.
