- BBBriggitteFeb 24, 20261.0Very disappointing experience today, February 24th, 2026. The cashier who assisted us was extremely rude and showed zero customer service. She told my husband and me to go somewhere else instead of doing her work. Employees representing a store should be patient, respectful, and willing to assist customers. NOT LIKE THIS RUDE GIRL WAS, someone does not have the patience to provide BASIC customer service, they should not be working in a customer facing position. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this or any store of salon centric.

She raised her voice at customers and made people feel uncomfortable and embarrassed instead of helping them. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service, and this behavior was unacceptable. No customer should feel disrespected when visiting a store. I hope management addresses this issue because the way customers are treated here really needs improvement.

Their professionalism, leadership, and dedication really show, and it makes a big difference in the overall experience. Highly recommend this location!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
