- SCSarah CrawfordApr 7, 20261.0Very disappointed to have bought a clearance item and parts of the clearance item was missing very important things that were displayed on the outside of the box. Then, when I opened up, the box is was cracked. It was missing drawers and I would just let you know that if you buy anything clearance out of there, open the box and check it before you buy it because they will sell you something that’s not even the picture. I know it’s my fault for not doublechecking. I just want to let others know so that they don’t get duped as well.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
