  Was I expecting much from this experience? No, it’s great clips, Kirk cousins does their commercials. I went for an affordable haircut and they delivered. The haircut itself was actually a solid experience, my stylist was professional and she cut everything to my preferences. HOWEVER, the issue that I had with this experience had to do with the online check in. I checked in online before I arrived at the salon, and timed it so my waiting period was at 0 minutes by the time I walked in the door. I was the ONLY person in the waiting room when I arrived, plus my name was on the screen with a 0 minute waiting time right next to it proving I was next up. One of the stylists asked if I checked in online, I said yes and she told me to have a seat and that they would be right with me. The second I sat down, two other customer walked in and told the stylist that they DID NOT check in online and were just coming for a walk-in. The stylists proceeded to sit and cut the hair of these two customers ahead of me, they did not say a single word to me while this happened, they just straight up ignored me as I watched the wait time next to my name jump from 0 minutes to 15 minutes. I did not say anything as I did not want to tick off a lady who was about have a sharp object 3-6 inches from my carotid arteries. Anyways, just know that if you go to this great clips, expect an okay haircut but bad customer service.

  Rarely have a bad experience, they're good at keeping records of your preferences which saves time and ensures you don't get a bad haircut regardless of who cuts your hair.

  I have been to a Great Clips, which is closer to where I live, who has always done a good job. But I decided to give this newer one, at least newer to me, a try. I was very happy. Teresa did a fantastic job, cutting my hair exactly like I wanted it to be cut. And I mean, cutting it for over a third of the price that I was paying originally to my stylist. I will return.
