    I had a membership at the North Scottsdale location a few years ago, then moved to Phoenix, so cancelled my membership at the Scottsdale location. When the Phoenix Camelback location opened, I rejoined (aka paid the membership fee) as this location was closer to my new home. Then, when I went to book a massage at the new Camelback location, they weren't taking appointments. No biggie, I'll just book at the Scottsdale location, while I wait for the Camelback location to be operational. Nope. Management would not allow this. Which made no sense to me. NOW Massage had no problem taking my money before services were ready to be offered. And when I brought this to their attention, I was made to feel like it was my mistake for joining too early. I felt taken advantage of and unheard. And the few staff members I spoke with clearly did not value me as a customer.

    Crawford was amazing. He made sure I was comfortable, temperature level good and massage pressure to my liking. Great relaxing atmosphere and the wave sounds are very soothing. This was my first time there and definitely returning and request of Crawford. Very friendly and courteous.

    I had an Amazing massage at the Now in Scottsdale. I was able to get an appointment with only a days notice. There are many therapists. The entry is simple and welcoming. The spaces are comfortable and private. The membership pricing is a good value. Relaxing audio of ocean waves add to the calming atmosphere.

    I had never had a Gua Sha message until today, and it was absolutely incredible. Crystal understood exactly what I was looking for and trusting her judgment when describing what my needs for massage were was an easy decision. Crystal comes highly recommended by both her clients and colleagues for, what I am sure are, several reasons. For me, her calm and inviting nature as well as her sheer dedication to your experience (and undeniable skills) are why I recommend her and why I’ll be returning. Great environment and a 10/10 experience overall.

    My husband booked an 80-minute massage here for Mother’s Day, and 81 mins later I became a member. From the moment I walked in I was obsessed. The lobby is serene, super clean and modern. Before you get started, my therapist, Trang, brought me into a little holding room between the lobby & the relaxation area, where she took the time to ask about my preferences, pressure, focus areas etc. Based on our convo she offered gua sha which I’d heard so much about and it ended up being incredible. The lantern lighting of the relaxation area was gorgeous and lit the hallway just enough to get to your room. The massage room was simple, modern and only lit by the lanterns of the previous walkway. Everything about the space was intentional and relaxing. I walked out feeling like a human again and signed up for the two 80-minutes-a-month membership package. My husband only knows about 1, and I plan to keep it that way. :) If a moonlit massage on the beach in a private cabana sounds relaxing to you, look no further. 11/10 experience and therapist in Trang.
