Daniel is a makeup artist at Sephora and gave me some tips on blending my makeup as well as taught me about which brushes do what , and how !! Daniel wasn’t pushy on any products and made me feel comfortable asking my questions and did his job well . Primer for the best hydration that I snagged was NARD light reflection

I let her know I was told to find someone with the "mobile pack" and they would assist me. She said she had other duties and couldn't help me. Tracked down another and she said "I'm helping someone else" and she turned her back to me. Not "I'll help you next" or "I can help you as soon as I'm findished here". I get this store is busy, but there's a way to convey a message. The way these 2 handled it was not it. Poor communication/custom service skills.

I was in looking for a certain item for my wife and was greeted right away and was directed to the exact location of the item. The store was well cleaned and organized. 10/10

I went in to exchange a mascara I bought with the 20% off promo same brand and same price, just a different version. Instead of explaining the policy, she repeatedly and rudely said I needed to pay $7 more without taking the time to explain why. When I decided to return it and repurchase, she became aggressive and snapped at me, saying, “YOU SAID YOU DIDN’T WANT IT,” when I asked about the mascara during checkout. Her attitude was confrontational and unnecessary, even though I remained polite the entire time. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this Sephora location. Customer service like this is unacceptable.She appeared angry and rude not just with me, but in general. and someone with this attitude should not be working in a customer-facing role.
