    Rating would be 5 stars except for 2 issues that may or may not be the fault of Sephora: selection and price. I searched Google for “Kenra Shine Spray near me” and Sephora came up on the list of sponsored places. As it was on my route that day, I went to the Scottsdale Fashion Square location. When I entered the store, I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed help finding anything in particular. Frustratingly, I learned Sephora doesn’t carry Kenra (not sure if just at this store or all of them). Since I was completely out of heat protectant, I requested a comparable alternative. Staff readily escorted me to a selection and listed the benefits of a few options. I ended up choosing Moroccan Oil Perfect Defense even though it cost about 2x the price of the Kenra product (I was in a hurry and needed SOME kind of heat protector). The staff took me to a little desk for check-out. So, I didn’t have to wait in line at the registers, which was GREAT because I was rushed. So far, I’ve been happy with Perfect Defense’s performance but may go back to Shine Spray due to the cost. I’ll definitely return to Sephora for the excellent customer service.
