I do not mean, I am a snot and demanding like way too many people, simply someone friendly, willing to help and knowlegable. Gabby, was " off the hook," AMAZING!!! My daughter and I had a blast shopping the sale yesterday and our experience was nothing short of outstanding! Every single employee in the store had a smile on their face, and was willing to help, love it!! Absolutely Love all my products and will definitely be back!! Thank you for all your amazing employees that made out day fabulous!
- NLnada lipovicOct 11, 20251.0I asked to exchange foundation which was incorrectly color matched on my skin tone. It was 4 shades too light. The front desk girl said yes no problem. After being correctly matched , the manager “didn’t feel comfortable” exchanging the foundation after all, I asked and was originally approved , then denied the promise due to time frame. I asked for and received an exception to before taking time to fund the correct color. Horrible service. No attempt to rectify the beauty reps error and I was brushed off arrogantly. Will never shop at this Sephora again.
