    One of the beauty associates there was really rude. Didn’t help out when I asked for their suggestions for a primer. I had really great experience at other locations except here

    I visited this location today and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience. From the moment I began browsing, I felt like I was being closely followed around the store by employees. While I understand that loss prevention is part of retail, the way it was handled made me feel singled out and constantly monitored rather than welcomed as a customer. Instead of feeling supported or assisted, I felt harassed. It created such an uncomfortable environment that I ultimately decided not to purchase anything. Shopping for beauty products should feel enjoyable and relaxed — not tense or suspicious. I would much rather spend my money at businesses that don’t make customers feel like they’re automatically assumed to be doing something wrong. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on creating a more inclusive and welcoming experience for everyone.

    It seems like there’s a pattern at this Sephora location. I had a similar experience as others. I was never greeted, never offered help, but was followed around the store the entire time. It felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. No one should feel singled out while shopping. At the end of the day, this is a retail environment and customers deserve to be treated with respect! I’m never returning here.

    A person working there greeted me when I walked in the front door. She asked me what I was looking for. I let her know I was looking for a very light foundation to use on my face, because I like more of a natural look. She set me up with one of the associates, the associate had a camera extension on her phone that took pictures of my face and matched products to my color. It was easy to find a color, With the new system. Found what I wanted, Which was ILIA make up sick and it matched perfect. What a wonderful experience.
