    I had such a wonderful experience here! If you haven’t been in a while, you need to come back. I’ve always liked this location, but with a few new faces and the amazing support I received, it was even better. My experience with the manager was truly awesome—she was so knowledgeable and kind, and helped me find all the products I needed without any stress. She even got me set up on the SalonCentric app, which no one had done before. Thank you again—I’ll definitely be back soon!

    as a licensed professional sometimes I have questions, but these ladies are super professional and always help me find just exactly what I’m looking for although you must have a license to shop here they make me feel like a important customer

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
